What Is Stoneware?
Sheryl’s Studio
Sorrento Stoneware
is the communal studio of Sheryl Willson and Mark Hemmingson
Sheryl Willson
Sheryl works in red clay with lots of texture and illustration. She glazes her work in warm white tones that break over texture. These pieces are one of a kind made in short runs.
Mark Hemmingson
Mark creates pottery for everyday living focusing on traditional tableware. Glazed in Shuswap Blue these pieces are made in sets and they’re meant to be collected.
